Shipping Policy
One Word Tees (OWT) currently ships across the U.S. in approximately 6-12 days. These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates do NOT include the time it takes to create your products. Order production and fulfillment typically takes 2-5 business days from the time of order.
Our fixed Standard Shipping rates are calculated based on the average shipping cost for each product.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Because of the nature of custom printed apparel, OWT cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the shirts are misprinted, damaged or defective. These claims must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received in order to be eligible for consideration. Claims must be sent to the Return Address listed on the packing slip received with your shipment, and must reference the Order ID on that slip.

Because sizes vary by product and style, we encourage you to consult our Sizing Guide before ordering, as size exchanges cannot be fulfilled.
